Mola Consulting provides one-on-one and / or group 'Cultural Supervision’ to all staff of an organisation and at every level. Our cultural supervision offers a space for you to reflect on your practice and importantly provides cultural context which is often a critical component that is not available in mainstream supervision. Online, face to face and phone options are available.

Mola Consulting delivers Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness Training packages with the focus on Ailan Kastom (protocols and practices) history, kinship systems, significant events and challenges.
We can also tailor this training package to meet your needs.

Cultural Mentoring Program
Shield of H.E.R.S Empowerment Program
(Honour - Empower - Respect - Survive)
A 6 week program designed to provide tools to empowerment for First Nations women aged 16 and over. We can also tailor to a specific age range if required.
Pursuit of Excellence Program
(Small groups up to 15 individuals)
The Pursuit of Excellence Cultural Mentoring Program focuses on personal growth, skill enhancement, and mindset development. Participants will engage in a transformative cultural journey aimed at cultivating excellence in their professional and personal endeavours.
This cultural mentorship program may integrate with the company’s onboarding process and focuses on helping new staff acclimate to the workplace.
